Our Story

We are dedicated to ensuring the successful inclusion of individuals with disabilities and seniors who are sometimes underserved or needs dismissed.

As someone who has a parent with dementia, I know firsthand how difficult it can be to care for a loved one and the toll it can take on families. In my case, I was fortunate enough to have the ability to care for my parent both medically and emotionally to provide opportunities for inclusion in activities and events while keeping them home.

As a registered nurse, I strive to provide compassionate care to everyone and to ensure that individuals have the right to remain in control of their own lives and receive care in the least restrictive setting possible.  In my studies and work, I realized that a comprehensive model one that includes the medical model and holistic model we can help position what is necessary for your health and well-being.  Only addressing the physical details related to patients(history, physical examinations, the diagnosis and the tests) only scratch the surface of potentially deeply rooted issues which could be based in psychological, emotional, spiritual and cultural aspects.  Understanding that all these aspects affect

your overall health, the caring elements that are applied to your care should be as well.   No one should ever have to suffer alone and being unwell in one aspect affects you in others.

Our core values use the following principles:

Recognizing:  Our patient's pain, suffering, concerns, or distress
Empathizing:  Understanding our patient's feelings
Taking action:  Improving our patient's condition
Building relationships:  Demonstrating that are collaborative and, compassionate
